Working remotely, the full-time Senior Investigative Researcher will utilize advanced research techniques to identify, analyze, and document information supporting fraud detection and investigation efforts across insurance operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct advanced research using subscription databases, public records, and online sources to support fraud investigations Analyze insurance applications, claims, and other transactions to identify potential fraud indicators Prepare clear, accurate, and objective reports summarizing research findings and investigative results Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in criminal justice preferred; high school diploma required 3+ years of experience with customer contact in a high-volume service environment 2+ years of experience in a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) or equivalent insurance-related investigative role Experience conducting online research using public records, subscription databases, and social media platforms Knowledge of insurance operations, including claims, underwriting, and fraud detection activities
