To support customer retention efforts, the full-time Customer Loyalty Specialist will engage with existing Comcast Business customers who are considering disconnecting services, utilizing empathy and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and renegotiate agreements, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Delivers monthly performance results in product sales, revenue, and customer retention Minimizes churn by strategically offering product bundles and ensuring customer satisfaction Proactively contacts clients at high propensity churn points to encourage retention and extend customer relationships Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2-5 years of relevant work experience Experience with billing tools and call center environments Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Teams and Outlook Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
