To support vulnerable families, the full-time remote PSP-EI (MIECHV) Parent Educator - DC Licensed will manage community outreach, provide parent education and screening services through home visits, and document performance metrics for families with high-risk pregnancies and children exiting the NICU. Key responsibilities Recruit volunteer families for the home visiting program through community engagement Utilize screening tools for mandated assessments and coordinate health and family support services Document and report performance measurement and other data in a timely manner Required qualifications High School Diploma, High School Equivalency, some college classes, or an Associate's Degree with relevant experience Experience working with families and young children Knowledge of community resources in Washington, DC Ability to perform basic computer functions, including word processing and internet use Demonstrated cultural competence and excellent judgment in parenting skills
