Job description
Responsible for overseeing incident reporting and compliance, the full-time Ohio Licensed Incident Investigator will develop, implement, and investigate incidents while collaborating with various departments and external partners in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain education related to incident reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements Identify, investigate, and process incidents aligned with state and federal regulations Collaborate with state contracted investigation organizations and oversee prevention plan determinations Required qualifications Degree in Nursing, Social Work, and/or Counseling Five years of relevant experience Knowledge of LTSS, Waiver, and Incident Reporting Licensure as RN, LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC required Preferred bachelor's in nursing and master's in social work and/or counseling
