Leading master data governance and continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Master Data Steward will manage data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders and IT to resolve data issues and enhance governance practices in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Analyzes, maintains, and governs master data within the MDG platform to ensure compliance with service levels Acts as a trusted advisor by addressing business needs and proposing data solutions based on analysis of master data requests Leads problem-solving efforts with the EDM team and business partners to enhance data quality and drive process improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline 5+ years of experience with an ERP system or master data management system Hands-on expertise in administering and governing master data in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Proficiency in data quality management techniques and advanced data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL Understanding of data governance frameworks and relevant regulatory data controls
