Job description
To support patients in their recovery journeys, the full-time Registered Nurse - Telehealth (SUD) will provide medication-assisted recovery for substance use disorder through compassionate telehealth engagement, working remotely within specific states and maintaining a Monday-Friday schedule from 1pm to 9pm EST. Key responsibilities Deliver telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement and monitoring, ensuring successful treatment initiation and ongoing support Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans and manage patient referrals and appointments Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Required qualifications Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residency Minimum of 2 years of specialized nursing experience in outpatient substance use disorder treatment Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Embrace a harm reduction philosophical approach to care Experience in office-based nursing preferred
