Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Minnesota Licensed Clinical Documentation Director will oversee the inpatient CDI program, collaborating with clinical and operational leaders to enhance documentation quality, improve patient outcomes, and support value-based care, primarily in a remote setting with occasional on-site meetings in St. Cloud, MN. Key responsibilities Collaborate with physician leaders and operational teams to ensure accurate and clinically supported documentation across the health system Advance documentation strategies to positively influence quality metrics and organizational financial targets Direct daily operations of the CDI program, focusing on staffing, workflow optimization, and compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's in healthcare or related field preferred Current Registered Nurse license in Minnesota CCDS certification through ACDIS required 5+ years of experience in an acute care setting, with at least 3 years in clinical documentation integrity 2+ years of management experience at a manager or director level
