Managing a team of Account Executives, the full-time Health and Life Licensed Manager will focus on retention of co-brokered accounts by providing support and services to partner agencies and their customers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Develop and manage a team to achieve departmental and individual goals Qualify and educate prospective agencies about the company's services based on their needs Document and report all retention activities and communicate progress to the Sales Team Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience In-depth knowledge of group insurance products, preferably from an insurance marketing or selling role Active Health and Life License Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange Extensive knowledge of sales techniques
