Responsible for the activation and deployment of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system, the full-time Epic Activation Lead will collaborate with various teams to ensure system readiness and manage deployment activities in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop detailed plans, schedules, and status reports for Epic deployment activities Identify and resolve deployment issues while implementing risk mitigation strategies Create and deliver deployment materials to support successful Epic implementation for diverse audiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field Five years of experience in clinical or technical services, with a preference for experience in large-scale IT system deployments Equivalent combination of work and academic experience may be considered in lieu of the above requirements
