Independent Contractor Coordinator

Overseeing all aspects of the Independent Contractor program, the Independent Contractor Coordinator will manage contractor engagement, recruitment support, and workforce planning in a remote-friendly capacity. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Independent Contractor workforce nationwide Identify geographic coverage gaps and staffing needs Develop strategies to improve contractor engagement, satisfaction, and retention Required Qualifications Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance Experience in federal background investigation operations Proven ability to collaborate with various departments such as Recruiting and Training Experience in workforce planning and contractor administration Knowledge of Independent Service Agreements (ISAs) and contractor onboarding processes
