Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Salesforce Data Quality Specialist will manage data quality monitoring, exception management, and account maintenance remotely to ensure the integrity and accuracy of licensing and renewal operations. Key responsibilities Monitor Salesforce error queues and triage data-related issues affecting renewals and licensing processes Perform manual data corrections and maintain account alias mappings for customer-name variations Report on recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, and record maintenance Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across organizations Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience is preferred
