Supporting the execution and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs, the full-time remote Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will manage compensation administration, benefits administration, and workforce analytics initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Administer global compensation programs, conduct market pricing, and support annual compensation reviews Oversee U.S. and Canada benefits programs, handle employee inquiries, and manage open enrollment processes Serve as the primary liaison for compensation and benefits-related systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting analytics initiatives Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field Experience with Workday's benefits and compensation modules Proven track record in supporting annual compensation cycles and large-scale HR programs Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to data accuracy
