To support the real estate services team, the full-time salaried Real Estate Portfolio Specialist will manage accounting, reporting, and legal research tasks while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor and execute lease renewals to minimize real estate risk Prepare financial reports and coordinate move in/move out processes with operators Audit lease abstracts for data accuracy and ensure compliance with legal documents Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field Three years or more of experience in commercial real estate, legal, or transaction administration Proficiency in Costar real estate manager and related software Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization
