Managing the internal software licensing needs, the full-time Software Licensing Specialist will develop and maintain the company's software licensing portal, ensure compliance with licensing agreements, and analyze new software requests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Utilize software licensing management tools to track and manage software licenses for compliance and spending Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams to support software licensing initiatives Develop documentation for purchasing and audit processes related to software offerings Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Software License Tracking & Purchasing Experience in a distribution environment is preferred Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment Legal residency in one of the specified states is required
