Leading the Grant Programmatic and Technical Services (GPATS) BPA, the full-time FEMA Grants Programmatic Project Manager will manage contract execution, quality assurance, and timely deliverables while serving as the primary liaison with FEMA's Contracting Officer and Representative in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact with FEMA's Contracting Officer and Representative Manage contract performance, ensuring quality assurance, quality control, and adherence to schedules Develop and submit timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including staffing plans and technical approaches Required qualifications Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to obtain and maintain Government-required facility access and credentials Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of ten (10) years of recent and relevant experience Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
