Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and passionate Part Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aristos Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cleveland, OH. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with daily living activities. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and restorative care programs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff and physicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and communication
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
0 years of experience in a long-term care setting
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
