To enhance training delivery and support organizational initiatives, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV, Oregon Licensed will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, develop training content, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs remotely. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to improve end-user proficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and enhance training delivery methods Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development Proficiency in eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is advantageous Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
