Position Overview The Marketing Department at NYU Stern is looking for an adjunct faculty. Adjunct Faculty at Stern are part-time instructors, hired on a term-by-term basis. Responsibilities typically include teaching one to two classes per year. Most appointments are made 6-9 months in advance. However, applications are welcome at any time and will be kept on file for future openings. Compensation Adjunct Assistant Professor: $300-$470 per contact hour Adjunct Associate Professor: $380-$500 per contact hour Adjunct Professor: $400-$650 per contact hour This rate is based on the collective bargaining agreement with Local 7902. Responsibilities Teaching one to two classes per year is the primary responsibility of the adjunct faculty position. Qualifications Applicants should possess several years of industry or teaching experience and should be capable of teaching marketing courses at graduate and undergraduate levels.
