Job description
Connecting with the San Francisco startup ecosystem, the full-time Startup Marketing Associate will manage the operational backbone of the Startup Program, curate and execute founder events, and drive event marketing efforts, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Run the operational backbone of the Startup Program, including application triage, credit issuance, and CRM hygiene Build and manage the SF founder event engine, overseeing guest lists, logistics, and day-of execution Drive event marketing and promotion by crafting invitations, landing pages, and follow-up sequences Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, or developer relations Deep roots in the San Francisco startup ecosystem with strong networking abilities Fluency in the venture landscape and understanding of the AI transformation in startups Instinct for how developers adopt tools and familiarity with the developer-tools landscape High agency and strong organizational skills, with a proactive approach to logistics
