To build Oatly's reputation as a category and insights leader, the full-time remote Category Management Insights Manager will collaborate with sales teams, develop custom analyses using various data sources, and optimize insights reporting to drive customer growth and profit. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for customer education on plant-based foods and brand positioning Build custom analyses using syndicated scan, consumer, and shopper card data to create compelling presentations for customers Lead the optimization and development of insights reporting and scorecarding across the North American business unit Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 6+ years of CPG experience, focusing on Sales, Category Management, and Insights Retailer-facing experience preferred Demonstrated expertise with Syndicated Data and platforms (Nielsen, Spins, IRI) Exceptional storytelling ability and presentation skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
