Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs, the full-time Senior Manager, Lifecycle Acquisition will drive new customer acquisition through email, SMS, Direct Mail, and emerging owned-channel programs in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Set strategic direction and operational objectives for lifecycle acquisition programs while managing external agency partners and interfacing with senior stakeholders Utilize first-party data to drive measurable acquisition outcomes and develop a high-performing team focused on continuous testing and optimization Oversee audience orchestration strategy and maintain customer traits for segmentation, ensuring alignment with data enablement initiatives Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in email/SMS or lifecycle marketing channels at a DTC or subscription brand Advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, including campaign execution, flow-building, and segmentation Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret performance data and design A/B testing programs 3+ years of experience managing a high-performing team, with a focus on goal-setting and performance development Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate channel performance into business insights
