Managing creator payment operations, the full-time Creator Care Payments Specialist will ensure accurate and timely payments while providing exceptional support to creators through various communication channels in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Process, monitor, and resolve creator payment issues, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the payment lifecycle Respond to creator inquiries via email, chat, and direct messages, maintaining clear and empathetic communication Identify opportunities for operational improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment processes Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or a related client-facing role Understanding of safeguarding personally identifiable information and financial documentation Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and root causes Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
