Providing innovative problem-solving support, the full-time HRIS Cloud Analyst - Intermediate will maintain and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud and related HR systems while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provides production support by monitoring departmental email requests and resolving HR system issues Leads system improvements and maintenance, coordinating efforts across teams and ensuring thorough documentation of key activities Engages with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and recommends solutions aligned with business needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field with two years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of experience in technology and application support Strong end-to-end configuration and support experience of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Experience with Oracle's quarterly release notes and conducting impact assessments for system updates Technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations and data extracts Functional knowledge of broader Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR and Talent Management
