To drive revenue growth and customer retention, the full-time Managing Director of Account Management will lead the account management function, build a high-performing team, and establish strategies for net revenue retention and expansion while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own net revenue retention and expansion ARR, setting targets and forecasts to drive sales performance Build and lead the Account Management team, hiring talent with commercial instincts and legal domain knowledge Define and implement the expansion playbook for identifying growth opportunities and managing strategic accounts Required qualifications 8+ years of enterprise SaaS account management or customer success experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Demonstrated ownership of net revenue retention or expansion ARR targets in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Proven track record of building expansion playbooks and managing AM teams with commercial accountability Experience managing enterprise accounts at law firms or Fortune 500 legal departments is a strong advantage Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
