To keep US shipments moving on time and on budget, the full-time Domestic Traffic Analyst will coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs remotely while managing logistics costs and ensuring timely deliveries. Key responsibilities Maintain on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher for wholesale and DTC shipments Manage domestic freight and logistics costs to stay at or below 5% of COGS Respond to carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issues within 24 hours Required qualifications Strong knowledge of global logistics, including Incoterms and customs rules Experience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipments Proficiency with TMS (transportation management) tools and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving
