Serving as a senior data-focused analyst, the full-time Health IT Informatics Analyst II will manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and ensure data integrity support for clinical informatics projects while working independently and client-facing. Key responsibilities Provide stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and information modeling to support clinical informatics software development Lead data governance efforts and liaise with various teams to ensure alignment with data practices and compliance requirements Monitor data quality metrics and prepare executive briefings to promote data governance policies across stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 6 additional years of specialized experience Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 6 years in requirements elicitation, analysis, and health information systems Experience with VA data sources, Federal EHR, or clinical data repositories Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills Familiarity with health information standards such as HL7 and FHIR
