Responsibilities Proponer objetivos de crecimiento de ventas Sell Out, cobertura por canal/cliente y SITS. Realizar seguimiento continuo del cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas mensuales y anuales. Monitorear inventarios y Sell In por canal/cliente. Ejecutar planes comerciales que aseguren la rotación óptima hacia el punto de venta con el mejor ROI. Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la fuerza de ventas y supervisores del distribuidor. Liderar la ejecución de planes de promotoría y proyectos específicos del canal. Revisar próximos vencimientos y proponer actividades para asegurar la rotación del portafolio. Coordinar y negociar pedidos directamente con clientes o canales donde aplique. Hacer seguimiento semanal a la cobertura por marca y por distribuidor. Liderar reuniones mensuales (o según necesidad del negocio) con las fuerzas de ventas del distribuidor y clientes del canal. Coordinar las liquidaciones de promociones ejecutadas para cumplir con los compromisos de pago. Participar activamente del Sistema de Gestión de SST de la organización.
