Seeking a high-caliber HR Operations Analytics Manager, this full-time remote position will manage advanced analytics, design enterprise-level solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, and automate strategic metrics to drive data-informed decision-making within the organization. Key responsibilities Lead the interpretation of complex datasets to influence Human Capital business decisions through advanced analytics and predictive modeling Design and deploy enterprise-level solutions with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to streamline HR processes Architect and automate critical KPIs and metrics, ensuring DEI strategies are supported by quantitative evidence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in HR Operations or HRIS, or equivalent education and experience Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including building complex data models and visualizations Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for designing automated workflows and applications Proficiency in quantitative analysis and translating complex data into executive-level narratives Ability to guide stakeholders through data-driven transformations at a senior principal level
