Job description
To support the operationalization of AI and Generative AI workloads, the full-time AWS Cloud AI Engineer will engineer, implement, and manage secure, scalable AI/ML platforms within the AWS ecosystem, serving as a Subject Matter Expert in optimizing AWS infrastructure and ensuring high availability for model endpoints and data planes. Key responsibilities Engineer and manage AI/ML platforms on AWS, ensuring security and scalability Optimize AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for high availability of AI workloads Lead the operationalization of modern AI applications, including LLM-powered solutions and advanced monitoring Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with at least 5 years of IT Systems Engineering experience Experience deploying and operationalizing AI workloads using services like Amazon SageMaker or Amazon Bedrock Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC2 is a plus Proficiency in Python-based machine learning frameworks such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow Hands-on experience with foundational AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS, VPC, KMS, SNS)
