Job description
To drive HVAC system specifications, the full-time Florida Licensed Engineered Sales Manager will build strong consultative relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, and facility managers while providing technical expertise and support for HVAC solutions remotely within the Florida territory. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with consulting engineers and contractors to secure HVAC system specifications Provide technical expertise on HVAC applications, system design, and product selection Conduct product presentations and technical training sessions for customers and industry partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales or a related technical sales role Proven ability to build relationships with consulting engineers and the mechanical engineering community Strong understanding of commercial HVAC products, applications, and industry trends Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
