Seeking a technically sharp and client-focused Implementation Administrator, this hybrid role will manage partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live while serving as the system administrator for the onboarding platform, dedicating 50-70% of time to implementation tasks and 30-50% to administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Lead new partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the transition Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Filing Services teams to deliver a seamless and positive onboarding experience Maintain, update, and optimize existing onboarding workflows and templates within the onboarding platform, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and accuracy Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required 3+ years of SaaS implementation experience with proven project coordination skills 3+ years of technical support experience with hands-on system configuration and workflow design Experience with API and connector integrations and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently Surplus lines tax filing and compliance knowledge preferred
