To support its practice in complex litigation, the full-time remote Special Projects Team Lead will manage a team of Special Projects Assistants, providing training and oversight while ensuring project quality and timelines are met during regular Central Standard Time business hours. Key responsibilities Directly manage and train a team of 5-10 Special Projects Assistants, providing ongoing feedback and coaching Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring timely completion of tasks and managing daily workloads Analyze project data using Excel to identify trends and inform staffing needs, while preparing performance metrics for management Required qualifications 1-3 years of supervisory or people management experience, specifically managing teams of 5 or more Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment, preferably in legal or litigation support Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis techniques Experience with hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes is preferred A college degree is required
