Role Summary The Pest Control Consultant is responsible for selling the company’s pest management services and products to residential customers while providing a customer‑focused service to grow the business. You will serve as the face of the national brand in your local community and help protect customers’ homes and families. Responsibilities Inspect homes for pests, harborage, and entry points. Recommend and sell pest control solutions, including preventative maintenance. Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to generate opportunities. Partner with the Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals. Complete home diagrams using the Sales CRM to document potential challenges. Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities. Provide expert guidance for new service installations. Track daily activities and sales performance in the company CRM. Essential Job Functions Move up to 10lbs. regularly and 11‑20lbs. frequently. Move around frequently: sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, use stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles. Operate safely in confined spaces and narrow aisles, handling pests such as spiders, flies, mosquitoes, rodents. Operate a motor vehicle and keep equipment clean. Wear required PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator, when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license from current state of residence. Strong social, customer‑service, and communication skills; related sales experience preferred. Prefer at least 1–2years of pest technician or sales experience.
