As a full-time remote Prediction Markets Manager, the successful candidate will manage the operations of the prediction markets, oversee cross-functional initiatives, and ensure market integrity while collaborating with various teams to enhance the trading experience. Key responsibilities Lead daily operations of the DraftKings Exchange, ensuring reliable execution and operational support for prediction markets Drive real-time operational and technical support by resolving issues and partnering with Engineering to enhance platform performance Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement scalable processes that improve market integrity and customer experience Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, or a similar environment Deep knowledge of exchange and market structure concepts, including order books and liquidity Proven experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives in a regulated environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for operational performance evaluation and strategic decision-making A passion for prediction markets or financial markets, with flexibility to support shift coverage as needed
