Corporate Paralegal job at Connect Staffing, Inc.. Lithia Springs, GA. Connect Staffing seeks a Corporate Paralegal to join the legal department of a highly successful, privately-held manufacturing company in West Atlanta. This individual will work closely with the General Counsel to carry out a variety of legal department activities on behalf of the firm’s 20+ plants in nine states, with a strong focus on contracts management and administration. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with 5+ years of transactional experience, a sharp mind and general curiosity to learn, and a team player to join afamily-owned company. Essential Responsibilities: Review, revise, and assist with the negotiation of contracts conforming to the company’s contracting guidelines (including supply contracts, acquisitions, and NDAs with customers and employment offer letters). Manage contracts in the company’s contracts review workflow system (Contract Logix). Corporate maintenance and filings. Transportation-related permits and filings. Governance matters supporting the C-suite as needed (Minutes, Resolutions, Board Books, Reports, etc.). Real estate and equipment financing and leasing agreements. Litigation, employment and workers comp matters. Insurance and compliance-related matters, including ERISA. Legal research as needed in support of operations and legal requirements. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved school is preferred. At least 5 years’ experience as a transactional paralegal (preferably reviewing, revising, and negotiating contracts). #IND #J-18808-Ljbffr
