Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote HVAC control systems and related enterprise software solutions. Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of advanced controls and automation. Engage in business development activities within the technology sector, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless implementation of control systems, from initial design to final deployment. Lead deal closing efforts by negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Strong technical proficiency in computers, Excel, Word, Google Sheets. Proven experience in technical sales or pre-sales within a corporate sales environment focused on technology products or services. Excellent analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend optimal control solutions that align with their operational goals. Demonstrated success in business development within the technology sector, with a focus on HVAC controls or building automation systems. Exceptional deal closing abilities combined with persuasive communication skills for product demos and technical presentations.
