HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Task Manager (Technical Integrator / Environments) with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale digital and web solutions. This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, stakeholder collaboration, and risk mitigation.

Position is in the National Capital Region (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) and requires U.S. citizenship.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in analyzing, scoping, planning, and executing complex digital and web solutions.
• Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
• Monitor project progress, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
