The North America Center of Excellence (HCE) team supports headcount and cost related activities for all roles within our NA Operations across multiple logistics and fulfillment businesses. Our finance team partners with the business to support this rapidly expanding business while continuing to delight our customers. The team seeks a Finance Manager to join the NA Operations HCE to support one of our growing and expanding businesses. This role offers opportunities to grow your career as you engage on one of the many facets of our world-class operations network, You will have the opportunity to interact with executive leadership and grow your skills working across complex organizations.This role partners closely with a broad range of finance and operations leaders who share a common goal of delivering the Best in Class delivery experience. The role will be in direct support of both business and finance stakeholders in North America and other countries owning resource staffing models, reporting, headcount resource decisions, standardization, automation, and planning. This role will also design, develop, and maintains performance measurements to drive strategy on resource deployment to continuously improve the economics of the business.
The successful candidate has demonstrated the following abilities: ability to influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment, collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to innovate by building creative solutions with large-scale data mining tools, identifying the high-priority work, owning complex models and projects that maximize results for key stakeholders, by solving complex problems that impact business strategic decisions.
