What you can look forward to as a Production Supervisor: Team leadership for assigned team leaders and employees. Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders and employees. Serve as liaison between employees and company. Ensure safe and issue free work environment. Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving and continuous improvement activity. Your profile as a Production Supervisor: High School diploma or GED 2-4+ years of related experience Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written. Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge Problem solving skills Associate Degree strongly preferred Strong Technical skills (CNC Programming, Trouble shooting, etc.). Understanding of Lean principles and responsibilities. Strong skills and work experience in lean manufacturing (ZFPS, TPS, 5S, Continuous improvement). Experience with SAP, MS Project, other project management and statistical analysis software.
