Driving the product vision and roadmap for Wallet, the full-time remote Product Manager will lead the development of Airbnb's financial hub for guests, focusing on enhancing payment management, user engagement, and integration with payment systems. Key responsibilities Lead the strategy and roadmap for Wallet, defining a trusted financial home for Airbnb guests Build and optimize the core Wallet experience, including payment management and personalized financial communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment capabilities and ensure seamless integration with Checkout Required qualifications 8+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer-facing wallet or digital financial products Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and experience with payment method expansions Proven track record of improving checkout conversion through data-driven experimentation Experience in building cross-functional alignment across diverse teams including Engineering, Design, and Finance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining hands-on with product details
