Seeking a detail-oriented and operationally strong Workforce Management Scheduling Senior Manager to manage a four-person scheduling team and oversee the end-to-end scheduling process for pharmacy operations, with a focus on workforce optimization, real-time adherence, and collaboration with senior leadership, in a full-time remote role. Key responsibilities Owns the scheduling process, including long-term planning and daily optimization using the Verint Workforce Management product Manages real-time schedule adherence and staffing adjustments to meet operational demands and service level targets Identifies scheduling inefficiencies and implements process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Workforce Management, or a related field 5+ years of Workforce Management experience in scheduling or workforce operations 3+ years of direct leadership experience in Workforce Management Deep understanding of WFM platforms, particularly Verint Experience in real-time workforce monitoring and intraday decision-making
