Serving as a critical bridge between industry knowledge and product execution, the full-time Roof Measurement Subject Matter Expert Consultant will define measurement standards, evaluate output quality, and advise on workflows in a remote, contract role lasting approximately 6 to 24 months. Key responsibilities Define and document measurement acceptance criteria and best practices for roof and exterior measurements Guide REM output design for integration into estimating platforms like Verisk Xactimate and Cotality Map and critique order flows, contributing to training standards and quality assurance strategies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience with Verisk Xactimate and/or Cotality/Symbility platforms in a professional capacity Deep understanding of property insurance claim workflows, particularly in roofing and exterior Hands-on experience with roof measurement reports and evaluating output quality Familiarity with aerial and oblique imagery in commercial use cases Experience working with insurance carriers or restoration contractors at a technical level
