What You’ll Do As our Electrical Operations Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of our electrical division. You’ll be responsible for: Recruiting, hiring, and developing exceptional electricians Coaching technicians to deliver five-star customer experiences Driving revenue, profitability, and operational excellence Leading weekly performance meetings and one-on-one coaching Monitoring KPIs, conversion rates, average tickets, callbacks, margins, and productivity Creating accountability while building an environment people actually enjoy working in Working alongside leadership to develop strategy and grow the electrical division Maintaining high standards for safety, quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Building a department that people across the industry want to be part of Who You Are You’re more than an electrician.
