Owning the internal IT experience for a fully remote team, the full-time Maryland Licensed Sysadmin HelpDesk will manage helpdesk support, onboarding/offboarding, and account permissions while ensuring secure and efficient operations. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for internal helpdesk requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Manage user accounts and permissions across core business systems, ensuring compliance with security policies Develop and deliver internal training and documentation for IT processes and security awareness Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a helpdesk role, preferably in a remote setting Hands-on experience with user/account lifecycle management across SaaS and cloud platforms Familiarity with identity and access management concepts, including SSO and role-based permissions Experience administering an MDM/endpoint management solution Comfort working with Google Workspace or a comparable productivity suite
