The Provider Services Manager serves as the principal business leader responsible for the design administration analysis and continuous improvement of physician and advanced practice provider compensation programs. This leader partners closely with executive leadership to ensure compensation strategies align with organizational goals support recruitment and retention and remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
The Provider Services Manager also leads provider contracting activities physician practice acquisitions and integration efforts and provides market intelligence and strategic recommendations regarding provider compensation benefits and employment models.
