Job description
Supporting the Managed Services team, the full-time OEM Compliance Coordinator will perform compliance audits, manage monthly submissions of dealership digital marketing materials, and troubleshoot compliance issues in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Conduct preliminary website compliance audits and manage monthly OEM Compliance submissions to third-party auditors Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding compliance issues and remediation steps Log and track ongoing compliance issues while building subject matter expertise on assigned brands Required qualifications: High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience, or any level college degree with 3 years of relevant work experience, or 7 years of relevant work experience Proven customer service skills and experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficient in computer troubleshooting methodologies Experience in OEM Compliance, Managed Services, or Dealer.com Support is preferred
