To support a growing AI training initiative, the part-time Consultant for AI Training will create realistic consulting project environments, design structured tasks for AI agents, and define evaluation criteria while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build realistic consulting project environments based on real engagement dynamics Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents that reflect actual consulting work Define evaluation criteria and quality standards for training and calibrating an AI grading system Required qualifications 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables Independent, self-directed working style Clear written English proficiency (B2+)
