Job Description Spring 2026 courses – level, days/times TBD based on needs of the department. Part‑time, temporary faculty assignments on an as‑needed basis. Key Responsibilities Teach courses as scheduled by the department. Prepare and deliver instructional materials, assessments, and graded assignments. Maintain accurate course records and comply with departmental policies. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in the language being taught OR Bachelor’s degree in the language being taught AND Master’s in another language or linguistics. OR valid California teaching credential authorizing service in a community college in the appropriate subject matter area. Proof of degree must be verifiable on a legible transcript.
