We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to grow fast, challenge themselves, build customer connections, and actually enjoy what they do as a Sales Associate. Our Sales Closer help customers by answering pertinent questions, educating them about roofing services, setting up appointments, and helping them protect one of their most significant investments: their homes. No corporate nonsense, just real people, real results, real fun. What You'll Do As A Sales Closer: Guide customers through roof inspections and repair options. Build relationships with customers, set up appointments, and get rewarded for results. Work hands-on with a supportive, high-energy team. Learn and master a consultative sales process. Collaborate with project managers, fellow sales consultants, and installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience. Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm. Continuously improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions. You'll Succeed As A Sales Closer If You're: Competitive, confident, and ready to learn Great with people and conversation Motivated by goals (and a good paycheck) Ready to build a future instead of waiting for one Have prior experience in sales, sales consulting, customer service, retail, account management, client relations, business, business development, management, or hospitality
