Job description
Serving as the technical expert for the Employee Navigator platform, the full-time onsite Washington Life & Health Account Manager will oversee benefits system configuration, carrier integrations, and ongoing platform administration while supporting internal teams and clients in resolving complex benefits technology issues. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain employee benefit plans within the Employee Navigator platform Manage platform implementation, system configuration, and ongoing benefits administration workflows Communicate directly with clients to resolve escalated technical issues and implementation challenges Required qualifications 3-7+ years of experience in employee benefits administration, brokerage operations, or a related field Extensive hands-on experience with the Employee Navigator platform Proven experience configuring carrier feeds, EDI integrations, and benefits system implementations Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefit plans Active Life & Health insurance license REQUIRED
